    We shall consider the meanings of the two key words in today's study: Addiction and Overcome. Addiction is a habit or practice that damages, jeopardizes or shortens one's life. Overcome means to win, prevail or to surmount.

    It is better to prevent the problems than struggling to solve them. Thanks be to God because there is hope to the broken and addict who desires freedom from the bondage - John 16:33 ... "but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world" and read; 1 Peter 5:10.
