When Jesus healed people "power went out from Him". This isn't the only time "Power" is spoken about as "coming out" from Jesus when He performed His miracles. What does that mean and what can it mean to us?

Jesus stressed the need to help the poor and needy. It's a powerful commandment, but there are those who would warp it to meet their own agendas (rather than God's). But how would they do that?

Jesus said we should love our enemies. But I don't even like them, why should I even want to show them love?

I want to be Jesus' teacher's pet. I want to be His favorite pupil. This passage gives us the key to pleasing Jesus and becoming more like Him in my life. (Spoiler alert - it has to do with how I treat people I don't like)
