Summary: This is the 22nd study in the study "The Hebrew Hymnal".

Series: The Hebrew Hymnal (Psalms)

Psalm 25

The disciples asked Jesus, ¡§How should we pray¡¨? The reason they asked this question was not to find some ¡§magical phrase¡¨ to quote, but because they wanted to experience the power of God in their prayers. There are many similarities found between this psalm and ¡§The Lord¡¦s Prayer¡¨.

If you want a prayer life that has meaning and purpose, it is not found in reciting specific prayers; but in communicating with God openly and honestly. ¡§The Lord¡¦s Prayer¡¨ and Psalm 25 are just good models to help guide you as you pray.
