All Will Be Refined

Summary: We must put a way things of man put on God.
ALL WILL BE REFINED
Every one of us must be refined of God if we see Heaven.
Malachi 4: 3 And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the LORD of hosts.
A wise man's heart is at his right hand; but a fool's heart at his left.
For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things.
Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:
(1) Storey heart of unbelief.
And Pharaoh sent, and, behold, there was not one of the cattle of the Israelites dead. And the heart of Pharaoh was hardened, and he did not let the people go.
(2) Self-will.
Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.
(3) Worldly ambition.
Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
(4) Sharp angles of pride.
The wicked, through the pride of his countenance, will not seek after God: God is not in all his thoughts.
(5) Ugly faults.
Who can understand his errors? cleanse thou me from secret faults.
Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
(6) Stubborn marks our traits.
For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king.
And might not be as their fathers, a stubborn and rebellious generation; a generation that set not their heart aright, and whose spirit was not stedfast with God.
(7) Selfishness a mark unlike Christians.
James 3:16-17 - For where envying and strife [is], there [is] confusion and every evil work.
Philippians 2:21 - For all seek their own, not the things which are Jesus Christ's.
2 Timothy 3:2 - For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
