"Speak out to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs"

Psalms 81:1 (Amplified Bible)

To the Chief Musician; set to Philistine lute, or [possibly] a particular Gittite tune. [A Psalm] of Asaph. SING ALOUD to God our Strength! Shout for joy to the God of Jacob!

Psalms 95:1 (Amplified Bible)

O COME, let us sing to the Lord; let us make a joyful noise to the Rock of our salvation!

Isaiah 30:29 (Amplified Bible)

You shall have a song as in the night when a holy feast is kept, and gladness of heart as when one marches in procession with a flute to go to the temple on the mountain of the Lord, to the Rock of Israel.

1 Corinthians 14:15 (Amplified Bible)

Then what am I to do? I will pray with my spirit [by the Holy Spirit that is within me], but I will also pray [intelligently] with my mind and understanding; I will sing with my spirit [by the Holy Spirit that is within me], but I will sing [intelligently] with my mind and understanding also.

We speak and discuss what can uplift GOD in our presence, even in our gatherings and normal pep talk, we appreciate GOD's kindness to us and boast it every part of the day and for the whole day, our conversation is filled with praises and worship to GOD. When we are happy, we should sing, when we're sad, we should pray and consider GOD made both for us to enjoy. GOD created our emotions for us to enjoy and use it for His Own Glory and not the other way around. We control our emotions and not emotions controlling us. We are spirit beings, our emotions are only with us to give praises, glory and worship to GOD.

For He is worthy of our praises, for He is the GOD of all spirits

Numbers 27:16 (Amplified Bible)

Let the Lord, the God of the spirits of all flesh, set a man over the congregation

Numbers 16:22 (Amplified Bible)

And they fell upon their faces, and said, O God, the God of the spirits of all flesh, shall one man sin and will You be angry with all the congregation?

Hebrews 12:23 (Amplified Bible)

And to the church (assembly) of the Firstborn who are registered [as citizens] in heaven, and to the God Who is Judge of all, and to the spirits of the righteous (the redeemed in heaven) who have been made perfect,

B. Sing and make music in your heart to the LORD

"offering praise with voices [and instruments] and making melody with all your heart to the Lord"

Deuteronomy 6:7 (Amplified Bible)

You shall whet and sharpen them so as to make them penetrate, and teach and impress them diligently upon the [minds and] hearts of your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down and when you rise up.

Psalms 145:11 (Amplified Bible)

They shall speak of the glory of Your kingdom and talk of Your power,

Make music to the LORD in your heart. I saw a slogan of a musical gadget that says just like that "Make music", well to this world it's all incomplete, all emptiness. Our object of joy is the LORD GOD in our lives, we make music to whom? to the LORD. From where? from our hearts. Avoid hypocrisy. If you are to make music, be sure it's coming from your heart and the object, focus or destination of it is the LORD GOD.

Isaiah 29:13 (Amplified Bible)

And the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near Me with their mouth and honor Me with their lips but remove their hearts and minds far from Me, and their fear and reverence for Me are a commandment of men that is learned by repetition [without any thought as to the meaning],
