Be Expectant Of Jesus

Topic: BE EXPECTANT OF JESUS

Acts 3:5-7 King James Version (KJV)

5 And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them.

6 Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.

7 And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength.

Beloved, your expectations define your hunger level in everything that you engage in.

Without expectation, you probably would receive nothing on this earth.

There are unexpected things you receive. But even for those, you were either expecting a lesser or higher version of what you received or you have expected the exact thing before and given up or gone on break for a while.

Beloved, the cripple looked unto Peter and John expecting to receive something and truly he did receive something higher and better than his expectations.

When we fix our eyes on Jesus and He is the one we are expectant of, we receive far more than we are expecting. Jesus never gives us same as we expect. He always gives is more.

So long as we are expectant of Him, fix our eyes on Him and listen to Him to obey Him we shall surely receive more than we expect.

Don't stop praying, don't stop expecting, don't take your eyes off Jesus and don't be deaf to His Words.

Take heed of Him, be expectant of Him, make your requests daily to Him, listen to Him and do as He wants.

If He could lay down His life for you then He can give you anything you have ever wanted or will ever want in your life.

*IT'S ALL ABOUT JESUS* and no one else. Be expectant of Him and see His glory and physical good manifest in your life.

Prayer: Father please grant me my expectations in Jesus name. Yet not my will but your will be done in Jesus name. Amen.
