CHANGE, GOD CAN CHANGE ONES JOURNEY AND TRANSFORM LIVE FROM WHAT THEY ARE AND WHERE THEY ARE GOING. GOD CAN GIVE A NEW DIRECTION, A PARADIGM SHIFT!

2 Corinthians 1:8 For we would not, brethren, have you ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed out of measure, above strength, insomuch that we despaired even of life: 9 But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead: 10 Who delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver: in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us; 11 Ye also helping together by prayer for us, that for the gift bestowed upon us by the means of many persons thanks may be given by many on our behalf.

LET US GET REAL: SOMETIMES WE HAVE TO GET KNOCKED DOWN ON OUR BACKS TO SEE THE STARS? Sometimes we must walk through the DARK VALLEY ALL BY OUR SELF. God’s plans seem to TAKE STRANGE TWIST THAT WE CAN NEVER UNDERSTAND WITH HUMAN EYES AND BY HUMAN EMOTIONS. WHY? WHY? GET REAL, PROFOUND CHANGE.

2 Corinthians 1:8 (MSG) We don't want you in the dark, friends, about how hard it was when all this came down on us in Asia province. It was so bad we didn't think we were going to make it. 9 We felt like we'd been sent to death row, that it was all over for us. As it turned out, it was the best thing that could have happened. Instead of trusting in our own strength or wits to get out of it, we were forced to trust God totally—not a bad idea since he's the God who raises the dead! 10 And he did it, rescued us from certain doom. And he'll do it again, rescuing us as many times as we need rescuing. 11 You and your prayers are part of the rescue operation—I don't want you in the dark about that either. I can see your faces even now, lifted in praise for God's deliverance of us, a rescue in which your prayers played such a crucial part.

My hands? My eyes? PRAYER IS THE KEY! PRAYER MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. GET REAL: SOMETIMES THE BAD STUFF THAT HAPPENS TO US IS THE BEST THING THAT COULD HAVE EVER HAPPENED. Come to the operating room to cut out the cancer of IT IS ALL OVER and RETURN OUR FOCUS ON THE ETERNAL.

*WHAT IS HOPE? It is having an OPTIMISTIC STATE OF MIND. To expect a positive outcome. TO CHANGE FOR BETTER. A feeling of absolute trust. EXPECTATION with confidence. A desire for something to happen. To cherish with ANTICIPATION. HOPE GETS US THROUGH DARK TIMES…

BLESSED IS HE THAT HOPES FOR NOTHING… FOR HE SHALL RECEIVE EXACTLY WHAT HE HAD HOPED FOR --- NOTHING!

STEP OUT, STEP UP! REMEMBER MOSES FACED IMPOSSIBLE ODDS… THE RED SEA IN FRONT OF THEM… PHAROAH’S #1 ARMY RAISING THE DUST BEHIND THEM…

When did the miracle occur? When the priest TOOK A STEP OF FAITH AND STEPPED INTO THE RED SEA!

TRUST? FAITH? Do we believe that God knows what He is doing? God has your life all planned out… He has plans to take care of us. God will never abandon us. His plans may not be clear to us… God ask to us trust Him and HE HAS OUR FUTURE in His hands. GOD DESIRES US TO WALK BY EXPECTING AND HOPING IN HIM… I HAVE HOPE.
