Findeth or "matsa" in Hebrew which means:

1. to come forth

2. appear or exist, to attain

3. find or acquire

4. to occur, meet or be present

Wife or "ishshah nashym" in Hebrew which means: woman, female, wife

Good or "tob" in Hebrew which means:

1. good, good thing, good woman

2. beautiful, best, better, bountiful, cheerful, at ease

3. pleaseth, pleasure, precious, prosperity, ready, sweet, wealth, welfare

Proverbs 12:4 (Amplified Bible)

12:4 A virtuous and worthy wife [earnest and strong in character] is a crowning joy to her husband, but she who makes him ashamed is as rottenness in his bones.

1 Corinthians 11:7 (Amplified Bible)

11:7 For a man ought not to wear anything on his head [in church], for he is the image and [reflected] glory of God [his function of government reflects the majesty of the divine Rule]; but woman is [the expression of] man’s glory (majesty, preeminence).

A wife displays the majesty of his husband, as the husband reflects GOD's Glory.

Obtaineth or "puq" in Hebrew which means:

1. dropping out

2. to issue

3. to furnish

4. to secure

5. to succeed, afford, draw out, further, get, obtain

Favour or "ratson ratson" in Hebrew which means:

1. delight, acceptable

2. desire, pleasure, voluntary

Proverbs 3:4 (Amplified Bible)

3:4 So shall you find favor, good understanding, and high esteem in the sight [or judgment] of God and man.

Proverbs 8:35 (Amplified Bible)

8:35 For whoever finds me [Wisdom] finds life and draws forth and obtains favor from the Lord.

It's really a favour from the LORD, imagine that out billions of people, there is one wife designated for you, your perfect partner and the LORD secured your wife for you.
