A. Still awaiting a full and complete Sabbath-rest

"So then, there is still awaiting a full and complete Sabbath-rest"

Isaiah 11:10 (Amplified Bible)

11:10 And it shall be in that day that the Root of Jesse shall stand as a signal for the peoples; of Him shall the nations inquire and seek knowledge, and His dwelling shall be glory [His rest glorious]!

Isaiah 57:2 (Amplified Bible)

57:2 He [in death] enters into peace; they rest in their beds, each one who walks straight and in his uprightness.

Revelation 21:4 (Amplified Bible)

21:4 God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and death shall be no more, neither shall there be anguish (sorrow and mourning) nor grief nor pain any more, for the old conditions and the former order of things have passed away.

GOD's rest is GOD's Salvation. Our being one with JESUS gives us rest.

B. This Sabbath-rest is reserved for GOD's true people

"reserved for the [true] people of God;"

Hebrews 11:25 (Amplified Bible)

11:25 Because he preferred to share the oppression [suffer the hardships] and bear the shame of the people of God rather than to have the fleeting enjoyment of a sinful life.

Matthew 1:21 (Amplified Bible)

1:21 She will bear a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus [the Greek form of the Hebrew Joshua, which means Savior], for He will save His people from their sins [that is, prevent them from failing and missing the true end and scope of life, which is God].

Titus 2:14 (Amplified Bible)

2:14 Who gave Himself on our behalf that He might redeem us (purchase our freedom) from all iniquity and purify for Himself a people [to be peculiarly His own, people who are] eager and enthusiastic about [living a life that is good and filled with] beneficial deeds.

Ezekiel 37:23 (Amplified Bible)

37:23 They shall not defile themselves any more with their idols and their detestable things or with any of their transgressions, but I will save them out of all their dwelling places and from all their backslidings in which they have sinned, and I will cleanse them. So shall they be My people, and I will be their God.

GOD has reserved a Sabbath-rest for His people, and that is in the Person of the LORD JESUS CHRIST. Even on this earth, you can experience His Sabbath-rest.
