A. JESUS CHRIST - Sole Expression of GOD's Glory

"He is the sole expression of the glory of God [the Light-being, the out-raying or radiance of the divine], and He is the perfect imprint and very image of [God’s] nature,"

John 1:14 (The Message)

1:14 The Word became flesh and blood, and moved into the neighborhood. We saw the glory with our own eyes, the one-of-a-kind glory, like Father, like Son, Generous inside and out, true from start to finish.

John 14:9-10 (The Message)

14:9 "You've been with me all this time, Philip, and you still don't understand? To see me is to see the Father. So how can you ask, 'Where is the Father?'

14:10 Don't you believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? The words that I speak to you aren't mere words. I don't just make them up on my own. The Father who resides in me crafts each word into a divine act.

2 Corinthians 4:6 (The Message)

4:6 It started when God said, "Light up the darkness!" and our lives filled up with light as we saw and understood God in the face of Christ, all bright and beautiful.

We understood and grasped about the idea of GOD when JESUS CHRIST showed up in our lives. As GOD, He is Spirit, we can't comprehend GOD, but JESUS CHRIST showed us GOD literally.

B. JESUS CHRIST upholding everything by His Word

"upholding and maintaining and guiding and propelling the universe by His mighty word of power."

Psalms 75:3 (The Message)

75:3 When the earth goes topsy-turvy And nobody knows which end is up, I nail it all down, I put everything in place again.

John 1:4 (The Message)

1:4 What came into existence was Life, and the Life was Light to live by.

Colossians 1:17 (The Message)

1:17 He was there before any of it came into existence and holds it all together right up to this moment.

Revelation 4:11 (The Message)

4:11 Worthy, O Master! Yes, our God! Take the glory! the honor! the power! You created it all; It was created because you wanted it.

C. JESUS CHRIST - sitting down at GOD's Right Hand

"When He had by offering Himself accomplished our cleansing of sins and riddance of guilt, He sat down at the right hand of the divine Majesty on high,"

1 Peter 1:21 (The Message)

1:21 It's because of this sacrificed Messiah, whom God then raised from the dead and glorified, that you trust God, that you know you have a future in God.

Revelation 3:21 (The Message)

3:21 Conquerors will sit alongside me at the head table, just as I, having conquered, took the place of honor at the side of my Father. That's my gift to the conquerors!

Ephesians 1:20-22 (The Message)

1:20 All this energy issues from Christ: God raised him from death and set him on a throne in deep heaven,

1:21 in charge of running the universe, everything from galaxies to governments, no name and no power exempt from his rule. And not just for the time being, but forever.

1:22 He is in charge of it all, has the final word on everything. At the center of all this, Christ rules the church.
