C. Moreover, God's faithfulness is a promise. Jeremiah says, "The Lord is my portion; therefore I will wait for him." This speaks of an expectation, a confident hope in God's faithfulness. We can wait on God because we know that He will come through for us. He will fulfill His promises because He is faithful. His faithfulness is our portion, our inheritance. E. Finally, God's faithfulness is our source of strength and courage. It gives us the strength to keep going, even when the road is tough and the journey is long. It is the fuel that keeps our faith alive and burning brightly.
