Summary: It takes a God-like vision to make positive difference, bring transformation and to impact our generation for the Lord. But having a God-given vision is not important as being able to keep the vision alive.

Vision is simply the ability to see what God is doing and the role apportioned to you in bringing it to reality.

Your God-given vision is one of the most important reasons for your living.

When there is no vision of God to be accomplished with one's life, the purpose of living becomes meaningless.

That's why the Scripture says, "If people can't see what God is doing, they stumble all over themselves. But when they attend to what He reveals, they are most blessed (Proverbs 29:18 MSG).

In such a moment as this, evil is increasing in the world because many people can't see what God is doing. As a result of this, they are running wild.

It takes a God-like vision to make positive difference, bring transformation and to impact our generation for the Lord.

But having a God-given vision is not important as being able to keep the vision alive.

Keeping your vision alive requires a deliberate action, commitment and determination.

I will discuss two important things that will help you to keep your vision alive.

No matter the challenges, oppositions, pressures, obstacles and so many things that can destroy a vision; you will rise above them if you make what I will share here part of your life.

1. DON'T BE CASUAL

If you are going to keep your God-given alive, you must never be casual in your attitude.

Your ATTITUDE towards GOD and the vision you have been entrusted with.

A casual attitude to anything worthy of seriousness is dangerous.

"Attitude is real foundation of worthiness and success. It is your attitude which stipulates your first small step that makes your big dream real."

One of the things I have discovered about life and leadership is that we are often limited by ATTITUDE than by opportunities.

2. Let Vision Restrain Your Life

The more I discover that so much is expected of me because of His assignment on my life, is the more restrained my life becomes.

Of course, some people have been offended by this. I have lost some relationships because of the demand of my assignment.

But the truth is, if you are not willing to carry the burden or pay the price of self-restraint, it will kill God's vision for your life.

Self-restraint will keep both you and your vision alive.

Ask the Lord for help in doing what it takes to keep your vision alive.
