Our LORD JESUS IS AND WAS THE ONE WHO CALLED FORTH AND GUIDED THE DESTINIES OF THE GENERATION.

C. Purpose: To present JESUS of Nazareth as GOD's Suffering Servant, the Redeemer of the world

D. To whom written: Roman or Gentile Christians

E. Main Theme: CHRIST is the tireless servant of GOD and humanity.

10:45 For even the Son of Man came not to have service rendered to Him, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for (instead of) many.

B. Answer JESUS and He will tell you His authority

"Answer Me, and then I will tell you by what [sort of] authority I do these things."

The answers in life's questions is not a thing, it's a Person. It's in the Person of the LORD JESUS CHRIST.

Answer GOD's call in this life with JESUS and you'll know JESUS's authority.

1:9 who first saved us and then called us to this holy work. We had nothing to do with it. It was all his idea, a gift prepared for us in Jesus long before we knew anything about it.
