Summary: LOOSE HIM AND LET HIM GO

LOOSE HIM AND LET HIM GO

HOMEGOING SERVICE FOR SIS SARAH JOHNSON

JOHN 11:

THE SUFFERING OF PAIN IS OLDER THAN JOB. THE PROBLEM OF HUMAN SUFFERING IS AS OLD AS HUMAN LIFE ITSELF.

WHY ALL OF THIS SUFFERING? IS THE QUESTION OF MANY ACHING HEARTS. I BELIEVE TO ALL, SUFFERING SEEMS TO BE NEEDLESS.HOWRVER, LIFE TEACHES THAT WE LEARN FROM OUR SUFFERINGS AS WELL AS FROM OUR JOYS.

SUFFERING WILL HEARTEN SOME AND HARDEN OTHERS:

WE HAVE ASSURANCE IN THE LAMENTATIONS OF JEREMIAH THAT HE LORD WILL NOT CAST OFF FOREVER. BUT THROUGH HE CAUSE GRIEF, YET WILL HE HAVE COMPASSION ACCORDING TO THE MULTITUDE OF HIS MERCIES. FOR HE DOTH NOT AFFLICT WILLINGLY NOR GRIEVE THE CHILDREN OF MEN". 3:31-33.

WHAT POSSIBLE GOOD CAN COME FROM SUFFERING?

IT CAN STRENGTHEN THE FAITH.

SISTER JOHNSON HAS HAD HER CUP OF SUFFERING, BUT NOW YOUR LOVED ONE HAS BEEN LOOSED FROM PAIN AND SUFFERING. SHE HAS BEEN LOOSED FROM BURDENS AND CARES THAT SO OFTEN WEIGH US DOWN

WHERE THERE HAS BEEN SICKNESS-THERE IS NOW HEALING.

WHERE THERE HAS BEEN PAIN- THERE IS NOW RELIEF.

DEATH IS ALWAYS DIFFICULT FOR THE LOVED ONES WHO ARE LEFT TO MOURN AND REMEMBER.BUT THE SUFFERING OF OUR LOVED ONES HELP US TO SAY LOOSE HER AND LET HER GO. WHEN THERE IS SICKNESS IN THE HOME WE TEND TO FORGET OUR OWN HEALTH AND LIVE FOR THE SAKE OF OTHERS.

WE WATCH OVER THEM

WE TRY TO PROVIDE FOR THEIR EVERY NEED.

WE WOULD EVEN DIE FOR THEM.

SO WHEN GOD HAS ENDED THE SUFFERING WOULD WE GRIEVE?

WHEN HE HAS CALLED THEM TO A BETTER PLACE, WE WOULD NOT BRING THEM BACK TO THIS PLACE OF SUFFERING, WHEN WE KNOW THEY ARE AT HOME WITH GOD.

SISTER JOHNSON HAS PAID THE PRICE OF BEING BORN. FOR AS SURE AS YOU ARE BORN YOU WILL DIE.(HEBREWS 9:27)

OUR LOVED ONE SUFFERED PATIENTLY BUT NOW SHE HAS GONE TO HER ETERNAL RESTING PLACE.

A LINGERING ILLNESS WAS ABLE TO INFLICT IT’S WORSE ON HER TEMPORARY BODY IN WHICH SHE DWELT. BUT IT COULD NOT TOUCH HER SPIRIT.

MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS OUR STAY HERE IS NOT PERMANENT AND SOME TIME YOU GET THREESCORE AND TEN (70) AND SOMETIME YOU GET MORE AND SOMETIME YOU GET LESS.

BUT HOWEVER LONG IT IS AND YOU DON’T KNOW.

SO YOU MUST STAY READY TO LEAVE. KEEP YOUR BAGS PACKED, YOU HOUSE IN ORDER.

THE TEXT AND CLOSE

WHEN JESUS CAME TO BETHANY, MARTHA THE SISTER OF LAZARUS SAID TO HER SISTER MARY:"THE MASTER IS COME AND CALLETH FOR THEE." (JOHN 11:28)

ON FRIDAY OF LAST WEEK AROUND THE NOON HOUR THE MASTER CAME AND HE CALLETH FOR SARAH. AS MANY RESPONDED SO DID SARAH. HE CAME TO SET HER FREE, HE CAME TO LOOSE HER AND LET HER GO, LET HER GO FROM PAIN AND SUFFERING. WHAT A DAY FOR HER A DAY WHEN SHE COULD SEE THOSE AGAIN WHO SHE HAD

LOVED AND LOST FOR A WHILE

TODAY IN THIS HOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS THE MASTER HAS COME TO US AND CALLS US. HE COME TO COMMUNE, TO CONSOLE, HE COME TO COMFORT AND GIVE PEACE AND ASSURANCE

HE CAME BECAUSE HER HOUSE HAD WORN OUT. HER SPIRIT WAS WELL BUT THE HOUSE WAS WORN. THE LORD HEARD THE PRAYER TO TAKE AWAY THIS ILLNESS HAS NO HEALING. BUT HE CAME WITH A NEW HOUSE. PAUL DECLARED THAT,"IF OUR EARTHLY HOUSE OF THIS TABERNACLE WERE DISSOLVED, WE HAVE A BUILDING OF GOD, A HOUSE NOT MADE WITH HNDS, ETERNAL IN HEAVEN" (2 CORN.5:1) .
