Summary: We live in a World of many troubles, trials and tribulations. Seems like one problem after another. It seems as if the dark cloud will never go away.

“6And when Joshua had let the people go, the children of Israel went every man unto his inheritance to possess the land. 7And the people served the LORD all the days of Joshua, and all the days of the elders that outlived Joshua, who had seen all the great works of the LORD, that he did for Israel. 8And Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of the LORD, died, being an hundred and ten years old. 9And they buried him in the border of his inheritance in Timnathheres, in the mount of Ephraim, on the north side of the hill Gaash. 10And also all that generation were gathered unto their fathers: and there arose another generation after them, which knew not the LORD, nor yet the works which he had done for Israel.”
One of the greatest fears we face today, is that our Children grow up not knowing the Lord. That there arise a generation of young people that do not understand what it is to serve the one and only Living God. The God of Abraham, and Jacob, the God of Isaac and Joseph, the Alpha and Omega, the Lord God almighty.
Joshua said, “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord…”. Joshua wanted to leave a legacy in his home for as long as he lived and I believe beyond as well.
What would you like for your children to remember you by?
What would you like for you children to live by?
What would you like your grandchildren to remember you by?
What principles/morals are important to you?
What Precious Stones of Remembrance would you like them to carry in their hearts?
One of the Precious Stones:
1. THE CHURCH
We believe that the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ is one, universal and indivisible, and composed of all men regardless of nationality, language, race or custom, who have accepted our Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior and have been baptized into His Body by the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:13). The bonds of a common faith and love unite the members of the Church. The flag or banner of the Church is the Name of Jesus Christ before whose emblem the Church marches gallantly as an army on parade (Song of Solomon 6: 10).
Church: What does this bring to your mind?
Body of Christ, Bride of Christ,
