Summary: Not all things bear fruits. Know what does and what doesn't so you don't use your time chasing the wind

May the peace of the Lord be with you.

*DAY 13 OF LENT*

Our reflection for today is on the 11th Kingdom Culture from the parable below:

*THE BARREN FIG TREE*

Luke 13:6-9 King James Version (KJV)

6 He spake also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none.

7 Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground?

8 And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it:

9 And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down.

*The culture of appreciating what bears fruits for you and what doesn’t*

You have to know that not all things you will put your hands to or try shall yield you profit, no matter what you invest in it (time, money or mental ability). Those that yield profit, keep and grow them and those that profits nothing discard them. Do this by the leading of Precious Holy Spirit. Therefore, be sure it is not yielding and will not yield profit before you discard it.

Prayer: Daddy Lord please bless me with the Spirit of Discernment, Word of Wisdom and Word of Knowledge to be able to tell what shall yield fruits and what shall not so I don't waste so much time chasing the wind. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
