The Father's Questions To Ministry Leaders Series

Summary: It is time for us as Ministry Leaders to self-examine and consecrate ourselves to be part of the next mighty move of God expanding His Kingdom of Glory.
Christ is the Lawful Owner of the Earth and its fulness. By His Blood, He purchased us for His purpose - (Psalm 24:1; Hebrews 1:2, 9:23-24; 2Thessalonians 2:14; Revelation 5:9). Therefore, our fame, talents, degrees, culture, language, and wealth signify nothing if Christ is not formed in us.
The Abba questions: “Where is your Onesimus, you birthed by the Gospel of Yeshua?” - (Philemon 1:10). If you are My Moses, show Me, My Joshua - (Deuteronomy 34:9). Where are the Timothys you trained for the Great Commission of the Messiah- (Deuteronomy 1:23,38)?
Have you promoted incompetent juniors and deserted the valiant elders with the Spirit of Excellence? Did you dishonor the co-laborers worthy of double honor? - (1Timothy 5:17). Have you prohibited the Ministry of seven anointed and devoted disciples like Stephan and Philip? Like the insecure and envious Cain, did you murder the Abels? I hear innocent blood crying for justice - (Genesis 4:10). Are the widows and orphans among you happy? Do you practice generosity as you preach daily? - (James 1:27; Acts 4:34)?
Name the Apostles like Paul and Prophets like Nathan you submit to in fear of Christ– (Ephesians 4:11,5:21; 1King 19:18; Philippians 4:3)?” Do you bear the pain of birthing Yeshua in the sheepfold - (Galatians 4:19; Acts 20:28)? How deep is your passion for perfecting others in faith - (Colossians 1:28-29)? Have you aborted the new shoot of revivals I birthed and grieved My Spirit? - (Job 14:7; 1Corinthians 3:7; Matthew 15:13)?
Decades of our leadership will not impress the Abba unless we become like Yeshua. If we don't hear His voice, we pretend to be His mouth and preach half-truths misleading listeners. Did He entrust the headship to us, or did we seize it by deluding brothers? Are we the Marthas knocking on Heaven's door to oppress the Marys who kiss the Son - (Luke 10:38-42)?
We are globetrotters glorying in charisma, spiritual gifts, academics, and designations instead of Christ - (1Corinthians 13:8-13). The stars Yeshua holds in His hands never dilute sound doctrine or abandon intimate communion through Spirit-led worship and intercession. But today, many priests of God have betrayed Him, and the Church has become a Market place. We had forsaken the Crucified Messiah, and His centrality is absent in our lives - (Revelation 1:20, 3:20; Lamentation 1:19; Luke 19:46).
Subjecting to five-fold Ministry, the Bride of the Lamb sanctifies herself to clothe His greater glory. Breaking His yoke and unloading His burden, we displease the Creator of the one new Humanity - (Matthew 11:30; Ephesians 2:15). The Abba says, “You have never sought My face or walked My ways. You called Yeshua, Lord Lord, but you have nailed Him again. Therefore, repent deeply and restart like Jacob, whom I renamed 'Israel' - (Hebrews 6:1-6; Psalm 27:8; Matthew 6:6, 7:23; Luke 13:25; Revelation 2:5; Genesis 32:27; Exodus 33:11,17).”
