THE GOOD SHEPHERD SEEKS HIS SHEEP V. 4 What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it? A. A Compassionate Search - Just one sheep was missing, Shepherd still went B. A Costly Search - John 10:11; I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep. C. A Consistent Search - until he find it? II. THE GOOD SHEPHERD SAVES HIS SHEEP V. 5 And when he hath found it, he layeth it on his shoulders, rejoicing. A. Here We See The Sheep Rescued - And when he hath found it, B. THE GOOD SHEPHERD SECURES HIS SHEEP V. 5-6 he layeth it on his shoulders, rejoicing. A. He Secures Them By His Strength - 5 he layeth it on his shoulders Jude 24 Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, B. He Secures Them By His Stamina - 6 And when he cometh home, C. Nor how dark was the night the Lord passed through, Ere He found His sheep that was lost.

A Personal Relationship He did not say “the LORD is a Shepherd.” He did not say “the LORD is our Shepherd.” He did not say “the LORD is your Shepherd.”He says “the LORD is my Shepherd!”
