Summary: In a world where challenges abound, and uncertainties often cast shadows on our path, our faith, when nurtured with purpose and intention, possesses the transformative power to not only sustain us but to make a lasting impact on our lives and the lives of those around us.

The Power of Impactful Faith

Great morning! Great morning! Great morning! This morning I want to explore the profound and transformative nature of faith. In a world filled with uncertainties and challenges, our faith becomes the anchor that both SUSTAINS and EMPOWERS us to make a lasting impact on the lives of those around us. Let’s look in Yah’s Word and discover the keys to cultivating impactful faith.

I. The Foundation of Faith - Hebrews 11:1

"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen."

Paul provides us with a powerful definition of faith. We must stop thinking that faith is just wishful thinking. No, it’s so much more. It is the substance, the tangible reality of our hopes. It is the evidence, the conviction of things that are not visible to our human eyes. Our faith is built on the unchanging promises of Yahweh, and it is this foundation that empowers us to live with confidence and purpose. It is this foundation that allows us to move mountains. It is this foundation that allows us to be empowered even when we quiver. It is this foundation that allows us to weather the storms in our lives, no matter how hard the winds blow and allows us to speak to our storms that they may cease. Faith allows us to know that we might get bent, but we won’t break.

II. Trusting in Yahweh’s Plan - Proverbs 3:5-6

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths."

Impactful faith involves surrendering our plans and desires to Yahweh. What does surrender mean exactly? It means to yield to the power of, give up control. This is the hard part of faith. Although hard, we must know in order to be impactful, we must apply the Word always. Why, you ask? Because we are called to trust in the Lord with all our hearts. We must not quote scripture because we have the mind to do it. We must not simply read scripture because someone gave it to us. Applying scripture allows us to acknowledge Yahweh’s sovereignty in every aspect of our lives. As we relinquish control and seek His guidance, Yahweh promises to direct our paths. This trust is the cornerstone of impactful faith, which allows us to navigate life's journey with confidence in His divine plan.

III. Faith in Action - James 2:17

"Thus, also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead."

James reminds us that impactful faith is not passive; it requires action. Our faith is demonstrated by the way we live our lives and how we treat others. It is not enough to profess our belief; true faith is evidenced by our actions. Do you mock the homeless? Do you show disdain for night walkers? Do you laugh at the disadvantaged? Do you mistreat those who don’t look like you, speak like you, or live like you? “…inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me” (Matt 25:40). As we engage in acts of love, compassion, and service, we bring the transformative power of faith into the lives of those around us.

IV. Overcoming Obstacles - Philippians 4:13

"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

In the journey of impactful faith, we are certain to encounter obstacles and challenges along with disappointments and setbacks. Yet, the Apostle Paul assures us that through Yeshua, we can overcome anything that stands in our way. There is power in your voice which is empowered by your faith. Our faith empowers us to face difficulties with courage and perseverance, knowing that Yahweh's strength is made perfect in our weakness.

Conclusion:

Faith is impactful, transformative, and active, so let us be inspired to cultivate a faith that goes beyond mere thought. May our lives be a testament to the power of faith in Yeshuah. Through our actions, let us bring hope, love, and the light of Yeshuah into a world that desperately needs it. Now, this is impactful faith. Amen.
