I’ve found through searching the scriptures in my time of trouble Ten steps to follow that lead to deliverance.

I. Be strong in the Lord.

10: Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

How do you be strong in the Lord?

1st Peter

A. 6: Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:

II. Know your Enemy.

11: Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

12: For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Four kinds of spirit rebels

· Archas : chief rulers of the highest rank in Satan’s kingdom.

13: Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

Why is this trouble upon you?

· Is it a trial like Job went through?

To be righteous is to be morally upright in the site of God through Jesus Christ.

· What kind of heart do you have?

1. Lk 6:45 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.

VI. Cover your feet with the Gospel.

15: And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

1. Isa:54:17: No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.
