We are told to work out our own salvation with fear and trembling. However, what do I have to do to work out my salvation? Are there certain steps I must take? Are there some specific criteria for me to work out my own salvation? These are all good questions.

Looking In God's Mirror

James compares the Word of God to a mirror because you look into a mirror to be able to see yourself in effort to make changes to your appearance. Looking in the Holy Scriptures is like looking in a mirror. It reveals to us as God sees what’s in us.

God Is Not Mocked. What Does It Really Mean?

Most believe God is not mocked is primarily speaking to non-believers, who choose not to listen to God's will. However, there is more to God is not mocked that really speaks to us believers than we realize.
