When God gave his Spirit to the believers, we see the church begins to expand and grow. God keeps adding new members to the church day by day until Jesus the promised saviour returns. Jesus is the beginning and the end.

Jesus teaches about God's kingdom and that someday, he will rule forever as prophesied in scripture. Jesus is the promised saviour and king we are waiting for. He proves this by his resurrection and gives his disciples a final message and mission in the Great Commission.

After Jesus was baptised, he went around from village to village teaching about God's kingdom and many people started to follow him. He performed many miracles and healed people. Peter exclaimed, "You are the promised Saviour, the son of God."

John Stott says that Genesis 1-11 is really a preface to the rest of the bible in which we can see God´s plan and story enacted through a man named Abraham. Galatians 3:8 predicted that the gospel would be preached through Abraham to the entire world.
