Education: BS in Chemistry and Biology from University of Ky. Thirty five years as a self employed farmer. Returned to grad school at 50 to get my Masters in Preaching. Still learning how to really know God and His Son every day.

Family: Married to the love of my life. Loved her since we met in 1974. Only by grace is she still putting up with me today. Two wonderful children and 1 grandson with another on the way. Serve a wonderful church family.
What my parents think of my sermons: They wouldn't believe I was a preacher. Mom might but not dad.
What my spouse (really) thinks of my sermons: Honesty. My best fan and my best critic.
Best advice given to me about preaching: Don't be wishy washy. Preach the truth and grace.
