When we leave this world, whether it be by the rapture or the graveyard, there are just some things that cannot go with us! God said I am going to do a New Thing! He said that the Former Things will have passed away! There will be NO MORE: Death – Sorrow – Crying – Pain – Tears

Years ago Pastor Alan Carr preached “A Marriage made in Heaven” where he talked about the marriage of the Lord Jesus as the catalyst for Heaven’s anthems of praise. Those in Heaven lift their voices in four “Hallelujah’s” (4 Specific praises to God)!

This passage finds us in Heaven in the presence of God upon His throne. The church has been raptured, perfected and God is preparing to judge this world. But, before He does, there is a pause for praise in glory because the Lion of Judah stands before the Throne as the Lamb of God!

Jude sounds a warning of danger and he issues a call to action. He calls on the Called, the Beloved, the Kept for Jesus Christ to "earnestly contend for the faith".

We have come to far to turn back now. We must examine our hearts so we can walk with the Lord and maintain that which He has begun in us! John knew walking with the Lord was not easy in the midst of continual opposition, but he also knew that faith would one day end in sight.
