One of my favorite illustrations: A handful of sticks bound together in comparison to only 1 stick. This reveals how the strength of many cannot be easily broken as the body of Christ!

What my parents think of my sermons: They are deceased, but they probably would never hear my sermons, inasmuch as they did not believe in women preachers.
