About TORRI
  • Education: BA in Business Management MSA in International Administration PhD in Religious Counseling
  • Experience: 4 years as a Pastor.
  • Comment to those looking at my sermons: If you want your ears tickled, do not read my sermons. I preach what the Word of God says.
  • Sermon or series that made a difference: Sermon: Be not deceived, God is not mocked.
  • One of my favorite illustrations: Matthew 7: 21-23 I never knew you. Matthew 22:1-14 The Wedding Supper.
  • Family: The Church family consists of around 60 people. Average age is 35
  • What my parents think of my sermons: Both parents are members of our Church. They are proud.
  • What my spouse (really) thinks of my sermons: Not married yet.
  • Best advice given to me about preaching: Seek God first. Let God order my steps and give me a vision. A church without a vision shall perish.
  • Books that have had an impact: The Second Epistle of Peter (2 Peter), The Book of Romans & The Book of Revelation
  • Hobbies: Golf, Horseback rideing, Skiing and Tennis
  • If I could Preach one more time, I would say...: The last Words in Revelation from Jesus Christ, Jesus said. Surely, I am coming quickly.
  • Something funny that happened while preaching: One Sunday when the Church was filled with several adult unsaved people. I gave an Alter call. With every head bowed and no one looking around, I asked for anyone wanting to trun their life over to Christ, to raise their hand, and ONLY the little children, I’m talking about under two years old raise their hands.
  • What I want on my tombstone: She knew and loved the Lord, and the Lord knew and loved her.
