Now we know there are more than 9 planets. To date, there are over 200 hundred planets- and astronomers continue to identify more and more. All but nine of them orbit stars other than our sun, but they’re out there. Our God is big. Bigger than earth, bigger, than our solar system, bigger than our galaxy.

Astronomers recently found the first multiple planet solar system, other than our own. There are three planets that orbit the star Upsilon Andromedae, which is located about 264 trillion miles from earth.

How far is that? It’s so far that our minds cannot understand that kind of distance. That kind of distance goes beyond what our imagination can realize. But just to give you an idea- if you could travel at a million miles per hour, and all the while you were listening to my sermons, you would have to sit through about 536,278 sermons. So, if you had the pleasure of hearing me preach 536,278 sermons, and at the same time you could travel 1million miles per hour, you could see those three planets for yourself.
