DON'T HAVE TO SPANK ME

During the normal works of the day, Jenny the local Pastor’s wife is watching her three little boys while her husband is at the church. When all of a sudden she hears a large crash in the living room, and when she runs in to see what it was there was little 4-year-old Brian standing and gazing at the Christmas tree he just knocked down. When Jenny asked little Brian what he was doing he said while having an expression of fear on his face, "Climbing the tree, Mommy."

Jenny looked at little Brian again and said "How many times have I told you not to touch the Christmas tree?"

Little Brian said, "I don’t know, Mommy."

Jenny then says to little Brian, "OK Brian, now you are going to have to turn around and get a spanking for not listening to Mommy."

Little Brian tears up and starts crying. As he turns around, Mom as usual states how it hurts her more then it hurts him. Little Brian then turns back around and says, "Mommy, you can’t spank me."

Mommy asks, "Well, why not?"

Little Brian then says, "Jesus already died for me, so you don't have to spank me, Momma..."
