If our dear Lord Jesus came today,

Can you tell me what you would say?

Would you be singing praises to His name

Or hanging your head in sinful shame?

Where would He find you if He came

In the church choir or a poker game?

Or sneaking in from cheating all night long?

Would you be teaching Sunday School

Or lying on your face a drunken fool?

Would you be spending money on shady fun

Or helping missionaries tell of the Son?

But from His Word, God will not budge.

To be redeemed on that glorious day

Belief in Christ is the only way!

In February, I was an agnostic, Left wing, Hippie. I was saved in April and writing Christian lyrics. Had you told me that in Feb that I would be doing that in July or that I would eventually become a preacher I would laughed at you.

Never give up on those you are praying will be saved. They may go to church to get a guy off their back and end up a Gospel songwriter or preacher. Hallelujah! Maranatha!
