Comment to those looking at my sermons: I pray this words will cause you to better know our Lord and the power of his resurrection in your life.
Sermon or series that made a difference: The Priority of Prayer
One of my favorite illustrations: As a child my Dad gave me an inflated Bozo the clown. Every time I would hit Bozo, it would rock back and forth. I became frustrated because I could not knock it down. Finally, I knocked it over and placed my foot on it’s head. "There" I said, "I’ve finally got you." However, when I walked away Bozo popped right back up. So it is with a child of God. We may be knocked down, but we are not out. Energized by the power of God we will rise up despite our knocks in life.
