About Mark
  • Education: After leaving school at 17 I became an apprentice for the Royal Aerospace Establishment in Bedford. This entailed day release to Bedford College of Higher Education. In 1998 I started a 3 year degree course at Regents Theological College (formerly Elim Bible College). I completed this course in 2001 with an Honours Degree.
  • Comment to those looking at my sermons: I am going from glory to glory and God promises to complete that which he has started. Through what you read I hope that you may find some blessing and some truth. Pray for me to improve.
  • Sermon or series that made a difference: The most life changing sermon I have heard was on Isaiah 6 where Isaiah saw his vision of God and exclaimed "woe is me I am undone"
  • Family: I am married (15yrs) to Cheryl and we have 3 daughters. Amy-Louise, Molly and Rebecca. Must not forget our Springer Spaniel too.
  • What my parents think of my sermons: My mum has heard me preach once and my dad moved to Canada before I began to minister he later passed away before having the chance to come to my church.
  • What my spouse (really) thinks of my sermons: You will have to ask her that.
  • Best advice given to me about preaching: 3 things who are you talking to what do you want to say what do you want to happen at the end
  • Books that have had an impact: Holiness by J.C Ryle. sorts your life out.
  • If I could Preach one more time, I would say...: no fear no excuses no compromise just do it!
  • What I want on my tombstone: Here Lies God’s man.
